In today's update, we will be showing you the goodies that you can obtain by capturing USA Tier 2 tech with the Recycler.
The Recycler itself can "borrow" components of an air command and control trailer to provide false coordinates to US pilots causing them to target friendlies.
Additionally, the trailer is also equipped with a point defence laser which can cover a small group of advancing units around the upgraded Recycler.
Stealing American Tier 2 technology also allows you to replace the unguided rocket racks on individual Grads with a single large missile that follows a target and delivers all the destruction of a barrage in one precise blast.
Also, our dear friend Hecthor Doomhammer will be doing his 666 Follower special on his channel tomorrow, where he will stream a number of different things including Rise of the Reds in the first three hour section.

Oh man, the GLA gets more and more useful with every update!
Great work on the Recycler truck model, it looks nothing short of the American tech, especially for T2.
Guided grads? Whoa, cool!
At this point, I think the GLA have fully utilized their ability to be excellent scavengers of enemy parts.

Nice, I think pdl for GLA is awesome.
And the units look cool, as always.
I nearly expected that guided missile 
.
It can not be shot down by PDL, right?
And, another question, can the T2 USA recycler target units and buildings and areas?

Very cool; I initially thought that the T2 Recycler would be the drone carrier. 
I love the design of the new Air Command Recycler: a trailer stolen by the GLA (even the wheels are in USA's style), great work guys!

Er ... personal bias aside, that's some rather ... scary tech tbh. The idea of a Grad being able to do all its damage in one shot ... one GUIDED shot ... I hope it can at least be shot down. ><

I am shocked and disgusted that no terrorist has offered to drive the missile into an infidel himself.
Lower-wise I find it a SMIDGE absurd that they could con US pilots like that, especially repeatedly, but as always, the GLA's greatest weapon is an idiot-ball launcher.

Can't wait to see this crazy GLA plan....
Some questions:
-Is it confirmed that this single missile has the power of a grad shower?
The attack of an Air command recycler has the same attack force of a level 1 A10 strike? I know that this can be subjected to change but from the stream it seemed so. Also from the stream it seemed that the Air command has to reamain still for quite a bit of time (5 sec or so) otherwise the strike cannot be performed. This seems balanced...

A small detail that I noticed just now...there is a guy sitting at the sidewindows

The guided missile is awesome and I can't wait to see that baby in action, but one thing bugs me a bit:
I know I didn't see the other factions' upgrades yet, but there are more chinese than american upgrades for the GLA right now. I would like to know, why different factions give a different number of upgrades to the GLA. It seems a bit odd to me, because I expected at least 1 more unit besides the Grad to get an upgrade for tier2.

there are basically upgrade groups, thats why
there are:
-suicide units
-technicals and quadcannons
-scorpions and marauders
-grads
-and another group
only one group gets an upgrade per tech level and faction, but since some groups
have more units in them there are more upgrades for some factions
now, if there would be another artillery unit similar to the grad, chances are that the upgrade might effect it as well,
but it makes little sense to give the buggy a guided missile upgrade..^^

The GLA have the same power as Orks do. They just believe the US will bomb anything and they do.
Or maybe the A-10s are being piloted by the guys who fly the supply planes.

The Grads have now become Tomahawk V-3 SCUD Launchers. Cool.
And the GLA can fool American pilots. Also cool.

-Su-17 Interceptors
-Gazelle Helicopters
-Rebels
-RPG Troopers
-Angry Mobs
-Hijackers
-Partisans
-Mercenaries
-Jarmen Kell
-Defenses (probably)
As for the Rocket Buggy, I speculate the ECA will cover them (cluster for mortar, and/or target relay for mortar). If this is the case, Mercenary Grenadiers will be affected too (cluster only).

I still think that lazer tech is more reasonable to steal from the USA then some strange aircruft summoning veicle.

By "strange aircruft summoning veicle" do you mean "truck equipped with a stolen laser designator and possibly a stolen encrypted radio as well?" All the truck is doing is redirecting local US aircraft to the wrong targets.
I think it sort of makes sense, actually. Stealing the above-mentioned equipment is probably a lot simpler than stealing everything necessary to control drones, even ones made out of beer boxes!
Though I think one could make the argument that something similar (ie, redirecting strike aircraft) could be used by China in interesting ways (ie, hacking enemy target designation systems).

In-game it's just unounterable ailplane out of thin air. And it's not even special tech but some kind of access codes unrelated to salvage itself.
Btw I actually don't like the same ability from Boris too.
Oh, and it would be fun if there was infantry capable of gathering salvage )
