To be complete, I think it would be necessary instead of particle cannon to add an intercontinental missile silo to the United States. So China and the USA would have nuclear weapons.
And the particle cannon can be like Generals upgrades.

Blimey, I never thought I'd see one of those kinda suggestions again. ShW is even less focused on realism than ROTR, that's why you see things like plasma weapons, laser rifles and all sorts of WW2 hardware in the GLA arsenal. Basing any suggestion on realism is inherently absurd. From a design perspective, the US always had the Particle Cannon as their superweapon, as it represents their theme of precision and high-tech weaponry. Replacing it with a nuclear ICBM would be contradicting both of these themes, not to mention replace something that is currently unique for America with something that China already has, thus making things less unique. Also, if you take a look at the American Armour General, you'll notice that he actually already has an ICBM silo for a superweapon (because USA Armour, China Special Weapons and GLA Salvage were Shockwave's own generals, hence why they tend to be more different from their parent factions including different superweapons) with an extremely powerful conventional warhead. And finally, ShW has been completed years ago and even back in the day when the last major aspects of development were taking place, it did not take suggestions.
