Okay. It could be one of those policies of the forum but just for the sake of my knowledge, while the forum supports Youtube.com tag, why does it not allow BB Code tags for SoundCloud.com? Just asking

Sorry for the somewhat late reply.

BBCode is not an official language/norm/presentation. It is an user-defined interpretation of special characters. For instance, this forum supports very basic BBCode, which allows sizing, coloring, and a few other functions. This forum uses

Soundcloud support (for instance) is a call to an API (Application Programming Interface), which can not be done with something as basic as BBCode (yet). Same reason you can't add a shortened Facebook page like on other sites.

Youtube is more advanced in that regard, since more sites/forums support Youtube inclusions. It is now a HTML5 player, so it is natively supported by most, if not all, websites.
