I like most popular music from the second half of the 20th century. Today's music is mostly horrible to me save for a small handful of individual songs per year, but nothing to the point where I'd call myself a fan of anyone.
The things I hate most would be the majority of rap/hiphop, vapid clubshit, autotuned run-of-the-mill poptrash, dubstep and my absolute anti-favourite of all, 'white guy with acoustic guitar' songs.

I listen to hard rock, heavy metal, power metal, blues, jazz, rythm & blues, classical, independent epic music and some country rock music. My favorite bands are AC/DC, Sabaton, the Blues Brothers and Two Steps From Hell.

I listen to My Chemical Romance, Queen (I WAAAAANAA BREAAAAAAAK FREEEEEEEEEE), Green Day, and of course, at calmer days, Enya.

Enya's music is timeless.

Wow, that's the same thing I was about to say. Guess I'm not the only one who'd never listen to those new kinds of "music" in the world.

Mainly an alternative rock/metal, nu-metal and grunge/post-grunge type of listener here, with Pearl Jam, Cold, Creed, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed, Incubus, Soundgarden, Rammstein, and Rage Against The Machine my usual fare.

I mainly listen to rock (70s to present), Metal (Metallica), country, and very little rap/hip-hop. like 3 songs all together there.

Rap to me mostly is CRAP.

Not an opera kind of guy.

Not into R&B.

Classical music (like Ode to Joy), military or patriotic songs from Imperial Germany, Great Britain and America, and most songs and music from the 70s to the 90s.

I will listen to most types of music really it all depends on the mood I'm in at the time. My favourites are Classic rock, metal, trance, reggae, classical and opera people like Andrea bocelli.
