No anti tank shells for Inferno Cannon (General Fai) |

Inferno Cannon has an alternate shot which is Anti-Tank Shell (cost 1500 credits)), however upgrade for this type of shot is not available in any building. Regular China has this upgrade available in the propaganda centre.

Not a bug. It is there for cross teching, in the unlikely chance that as Fai, you capture a vChina propaganda centre.
