Hello once again SWR fans! We return with more goodies for you tonight. We've released the second half of our video feed, this time featuring plenty of gameplay footage loaded with the latest intel from our upcoming release. As to what we're revealing its better that you see it with your own eyes. If you don't wish to download the video feed you'll be able to stream the video from alternate locations very soon so we ask you to remain patient. Wow I was blown away by this video, I never knew the Russian Spy Rocket would have a secondary light ability to blow up after scanning the battle field. I do have to admit the Russian Satellite is a very interesting addition.

This is just...epic. Dude, you guys are just...amazing. The Satellite could use a bit of height increase, since it sorta...hovers...too low
Epic Nuke Cannons and their explosions. I am very, very impressed by the Blackhawk. I thought I'd have to dream forever for this kind of thing to ever appear in ZH to try to stage some fictional scenario where they cover a buncha Rangers being unloaded and stuff I do wonder why it has only one..."turret" though. Coding/balance limitations? -------------------- |

We wanted 2 turrets but we had to settle for one in the end. I'm pretty sure it wasn't due to balance so you can expect it being a coding issue.

Blackhawks are exclusive to General Thorn. So that is his emblem.

Landscape: Great waterfalls and geysers...
Blackout Node: ...thought it was buildable late-game structure, great... BRDM-1: ...looks like [it fired] rockets... Weapons Bunker: ...the drone it fired reminds me of Rattletrap's "Rocket Flare" ability from DotA Allstars... Satellite Scan: ...the satellite was floating too low, but anyway, good thing I now have a better recon power aside from the bunker... Nuke Cannon: ...BETTER blast! -- good thing the EMP shells are a great replacement for the Neutron shells... Black Hawk: WHOA! Did you guys managed to add a working side-mounted minigun? I thought it couldn't be done because of SAGE's incapabilities to do that, other modders that featured the chopper left it unarmed because of that...although you can only add one, I can now finally see such a unit...! The satelite thing is a great addition. I really liked this one. However the satelite design is kind of odd ... . And it reallt hovers to low imo. A greater hight would do better.
The weapons bunker has only infantry upgrades ... tbh i was expecting some new stuff ( upgrades ) with this structure, but then again it's early to comment about it. Of all the russian base, the helipad lookt odd. Those 3 large fuel tanks and the simple texture made it look unfinished imo. I'm sorry to say this, but i think bouth model and especialy the texture need a few improvements. The BRDM-1 missiles lookt thin and fragile. It would be nice if the missile trail would be more similar to the shockwave one imo. After watching that russian base, i couldn't help thinking that the current command bunker really needs a new model and iproved texture. The Crusader looks great. But imo a dust effect while it stands in hover mod would add to the visuals ( after all those hover engines still work ). The Paladin looks a bit larger then the old one. Is it just me or is that for real ? With the tier system of the firebase ... wouldn't it be better to give the howitzer at least the same range as a inferno cannon a bit more damage. After all it requires a tier building and additional cash for the upgrade. Also any chance the model will get an upgrade ? The Blackhawk looks great. To WRTHBRNGR - the side weapon is fixed. The problem with side guns in sage ( limited fireing arc guns ) is that they cannon be given a limited arc. The gun on the current blackhawk simply doesn't rotate. It probably has a acceptable aim data value, but nothing more. So although it's a side weapon, it functions the same as a normal one, but requires the heli to turn to it's side. The Nuke Cannon looks good, and it's new function system feels great. I'm gonna enjoy turtleling in my base with this beasts defending it. The EMP shells is a great ideea to replace the neutrons. I know suggestions are not required/accepted , but i got a small one. In skirmish and against AI's the black-out node has no importance. Give it a black-out anti-missile field - basicly a different FX ECM, wich not only deflects some of the incoming missiles, but renders them useless ( once they land after being deflected they won't do any damage at all ). This would make it alot more usefull in skirmish and even in multiplayer, since it gives a bit more than just a round black circle on the map. Overall it was fun to watch. My fav part of all this, was the map with the geysers. Great work to who ever did that. Incredible amount detail and excelent quality. Anubis out. @The_Hunter: you just negated yourself with this statement, since Anubis said (at least so it appears to me) the same thing you just said.
@Video: Sneaky EMP shells which have not been mentioned anywhere before Nuke Cannons look and work great. Black Hawk's look great, especially for beoing ready to combat drop the enemy buildings. I like the satellite as it is, it may looks to hover a bit too low, but since the camera is not that high anyway that is fine. The design makes it look like some kind of UFO. I also though Black Out Nodes were normal buildings from the dozer, now I see they are not. The Hover Crusader looks great, and its functions make it as I see very very useful. It still has sabot shells, right? The map with the geysiers is really well done, I think I will enjoy playing it. |

What an awesome thing to wake up to i love the geyzers in the map and the waterfall but most of all i LOVE the blackhawk and cant wait to use it now i can create black hawk down themed missions. this is what is happening to me know well done guys great job and i cant wait to play 1.5.

WOW you really blew me away with that video! very nice work guys
I was very impressed by the blackhawk....the sidesweeping attack motion is just great and the gattling even spins!!!! wow Such videos are definitly a thing you can consider keep doing...it's a great way to PR your mod. One suggestion for it: if possible during a gameplay you could switch sides to the other player....for example when you demonstrated the new tomahawk, you couldve switched sides to the USA and shown it's new interface....but only if its possible.
