Anyone knows where can I find this certain kind of scipted maps?

A long while ago I came across a map where if you kill one enemy unit, you get a lot of general points to spend and all general powers are instantly recharged. I found this map a lot of fun when I'm really bored. Anyone knows where can I find that kind of scripted maps?
