I... Will... KIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILL...
I was playing Homeland Alliance as GLA vs an Hard Russia AI (I'm having fun, don't judge me) and I've discovered a scripting issue:
The Russian AI doesn't build its supply center and thus doesn't tech up.

On other maps such as Golden Oasis, Hard Russia Plays Normally.
