Has China gotten enough stuff?, ... or not

So I have picked up this question from comments. Some people ask whether China is getting any new toys, and the dev-teams, represented by MARS, answers "no, because China has already got all the goodies"
We can all agree that there is imbalance in 1.802, and people in the forum have attempted to raise this issue in many occasions, Knjaz even made an patch. So we can agree that OPness is not equal to new toy.
So I made this chart, in an attempt to figure out how many things they actually have, and how much change is that.

So the conclusion is, China 25%, GLA 36% and US 44%, Bear in mind that this chart does not reflect the two systems, POW and recycling, which the US and GLA are getting. In a nutshell, GLA and US get more stuff than China does.

I will explain some terms here:

Since RotR is based on the ZH base faction frame, I will not count general specific things. But I will count Detention Camp as ZH building.
Mod means significant modification of existing units. the significance is determined by the influence of the modification on gaming experience. e.g. giving Red Guards bayonets does not change their role, but Burton grenade launcher does.

Infantry includes workers, squads.
Vehicle includes dozers, supply trucks and ground based drones.
building includes demo traps, SWs and defences.
Air Force includes helicopters and aerial drones, but not supporting aircraft from GP.
Upgrade & purchasable abilities are global researches which improves existing conditions or individuals purchases which grants the unit active abilities.

the units and buildings sections include many post 1.802 units which have been revealed and are on wikia.

Not to mention that pretty much everything has been changed, some so much as to be almost unrecognizable - like the Interceptor MiG using flak missiles instead of napalm, or the Crusader having hover capability.

You are WAY WAY WAY overthinking this...

Look each faction has basic units like Tanks and T0AA, Basic infantry and defences.T2 Arty, T2 AA etc etc...The rest is just there for flavor,
Units like seals or chineese heavies are an example for this...They give you an edge, but you have other units that can do its role too...

This is more clear in the case of some dedicated units like Javs and pathfinders,you have humvees/rangers and comaches/hunkterkiller/raptors that can do the job too.

China has Prop,Firestorms,Nuclear overkill that hits both from land and sky,Horde bonus,Second fastest tank force ingame,

As for does china have enough?
Lets see rank 5 GP that can kill any other gp? -Check
Two super heavy tanks that will either be spammed like hell(Im looking at you knjaz) or one that if you dont scout will probably end the game in flames? -check
Most cost efficent army in the game? -Check

TL DR version: China is fine, It has all the tools it needs to deal with nearly any situation wich cant be said with all factions.Anything added for stuff other then giving new toys/tools mechanic wise is just there for the greater lolz

Adding stuff for the sake of adding stuff goes somewhat outside of SWR development policy for RotR, unlike SHW.

China doesn't really need even more, at this point. I'd even say it got more than it needs...

Well, we are talking about content overflow for China since 1.802 was released. So it might seem that China is not getting enough content, but it was actually ahead of other factions in past, so its okay in my opinion.

Not to mention that there will be more stuff with 2.0, when there are separate generals to spread everything between. Mainly unit replacements, although some generals will get specific units.

Reskins and resizes could be more gamechanging than new models. Battlemaster chasises could be longer for reasons that include spam-control, also the current ECM tank look like a RC buggy.
