Because in ROTR, the unification of Corea. Now are friends with Japan, but allies from China. The power blocks have left the individual power of countries obsolete. How does any of that go against anything I said? Korea uniting under one government does not change anything about the DPRK aside from giving it more land. QUOTE Seriously, outside from the interested, the someone takes the time to understand the lore? Shockingly enough aside from those that care about the lore deeply the others don't care about the lore. This post has been edited by Purple: 26 Dec 2016, 11:57 -------------------- Things I like:

North Korea already ceased to exist by the time of WW3. The ROK is also in really bad shape now. No point in having it as a new army.
On the other hand, Japan may be the better option. But theirs gears won't much different compared to USA. This post has been edited by X1Destroy: 26 Dec 2016, 12:31 -------------------- We Die Standing.

At least tell me that the north was absorbed by China or something and not outright annexed by the wrong ones. They were completely destroyed by South Korean and Japanese forces during the 3rd Korean war and China decided to walk around leaving it to its fate after a series of military failures. But it came at great prices however, as South Korea is forever ruined as an economic power. Much of the South's important infrastructure are destroyed, including Seoul. Now they have to absorb and support an unsophisticated population from the North as well. True winner is China, as they got rid of both a long term burden and an economic competitor in east Asia. As USA have left the Pacific after ZH, there's nothing that to stop Chinese dominance now. QUOTE You mean just like in real life right now? Worse. Makes me wonder if the South Korean president outed to being controlled by a literal cult from birth and impeached in the ROTR timeline too like IRL. Poor Korea.

My soul weeps for the Kims for having lost their lands and for their people for having lost their gods. But at least the wrong korea suffered for their misdeeds so we can sort of claim karmic vengeance. It's not the same though. Newer will be the same. -------------------- Things I like:

The irony was that the Kim family was removed from power by theirs own generals during the second war in order to prevent an all out annihilation by SK and Alexis Alexander's marine forces as they have no chance of wining.
Then after the US left said North Koreans generals suddenly decided to repeat the same shit again, which resulted in the 3rd war. They got the better hand this time and managed to annihilate Seoul. I think chemical and possibly nuclear weapons were used. SK forces managed to stand still with heavy losses, but then reinforced by Japanese units, and slowly beat North Koreans attackers back. -------------------- We Die Standing.

Either way the last bastion of justice and light in the world has been snuffed out. Your world makes 40K look as happy as the Teletubbies.

W40K have real demons fucking and eating people alive and even after death they still suffer. How people think that anything ever happened in real life is more horrible than that is beyond me.

It does not matter anyway. What is, is. And what is not is not. No more can I hope to gift understanding unto you than I could teach a blind man colors. And no more could you shift my view than you could a teach a mute man song. So let's just drop it here before the staff decide to go medieval on us all.

If you're talking about not having communist states then there's still Cuba, Vietnam and China and Laos. Although they're all pretty much just communist in name at this point for obvious reasons. If this a joke, it's way too old now. If not then I think you have a serious problem. I honestly can't tell if he's doing this ironically or not. |

If Purple is being serious here, and by Dear Mr. Poe I cannot tell if it's a joke, then (s)he indeed has some serious cognitive problems.

Explain to me how billions being fucked and eaten by demons is nothing comparable to a random war between humans on a single peninsula? Why would the existence of the DPRK be more important than entire worlds dying out in masses?
And how is that related to political views? Let me tell you that I am no generic anti-commie bias westerner that people always make fun of. I was born and live in a freaking communist country myself. This post has been edited by X1Destroy: 27 Dec 2016, 17:35 -------------------- We Die Standing.

This entire exchange...I honestly can't tell if Purple seriously, genuinely appreciates the DPRK and would indeed consider a world without it to be a literal hell, or if he's just running a lame joke into the ground all the way to the core of the Earth.
Either way, this thread serves no purpose, so I'd ask for Glorious Leader to wipe it out with a pre-emptive retaliatory attack of indiscriminate precision strikes that turn every single post into ash. This post has been edited by MARS: 27 Dec 2016, 17:42 |

The fact you people insist on attempting to label me mentally deficient for disagreeing with your political views speaks volumes about you. The fact that you appear to think the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (a misnomer if there ever was one) is the last bastion of justice and light certainly doesn't help your case, either. And even if you don't actually think so, it still "speaks volumes about you", anyway. Now stop discussing RL politics, all of you. It's banned for a reason and said reason is slowly approaching. |
