Some questions, Its about the Balkan Federation Options

After finishing my south american pact full gameplay list, i almost finished my new list for a other fanfictional faction feature, this time for the balkan federation.

I just would like your input and ideas for some of this fanfactions theoritcal features:

Construction style:
1. Crawler style large Zubr class Hovercraft that serves as the base with many upgrades and functions
2. Traditional but with slight or major changes (your ideas there)

Superweapon
1. A TOPOL-esque gameplay wise V-Series ballistic rocket started from a truck
2. The Zubr Hovercraft itself as superweapon or as launcher of said SW
And
1. Upgradeable payload
2. Short fire delay, fastest recharging superweapon but lower power

Lastly, these three GP unlocks:
Aleksandr's Blessing
Zhukov's Mercy
Orlov's Wisdom
More about them later if you like the idea
