I found this while browsing around, just though you guys must have gotten your idea for the seismic tank from somewhere.

This Hammer and Sickle tank was once a concept for Red Alert two which was abandoned, probably because it was useless.
Some mods for RA2 brought it back IIRC.... The seismic tank from USA is actually based on the seismic hover tank from C&C3 Kanes Wrath. USA doesn't have a seismic tank...? I think you're talking about the Shatterer, which isn't seismic, but sonic.
