Trouble Trying to Run ROTR 1.85, Running on Win XP SP3 Options

Hi,

I downloaded ROTR 1.85 and tried to install it into a COMPLETELY clean and updated (1.04) version of C&C Generals Zero Hour. i have a legit install of both Generals (updated to 1.08 and Zero Hour (patched to 1.04) (I have the original EA CD's) which I used to install the game. When I double click the ROTR icon on the desktop I get the following error.

ROTR185_Lnchr.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Can anyone help me fix this problem?
