How to play Shockwave online |

Me and a friend both love shockwave but we can't play online using cnc online for some reason. We can play zero hour when hooked but can't play shockwave. When hooked it only brings up the cnc online launcher and can't get the game to launch with shockwave. Any ideas or tips?
