Could it be possible for the Recycler to be a t0 unit with the ability to fix other units only(later can gain the recycling ability)? Cause I cannot think of a way that I can use this first ability after Black Market is build and Junk Repair upgrade is purchased.

1.2k for a unit that can only repair stuff is way too expensive at T0... xD And most likely the recycler will be a bit more expensive due to how good it is.
