Suicide bombers can no longer man civilian vehicles. Only the ones from Deathstrike can enter cars bought from the scrapyard. Do you guys have the same issue with them ?

That's not a bug, it's a feature. Terrorists commandeering cars on certain maps going for dozer rushes was rather lame and other attempts to fix or rebalance this failed.
