CommandButton Command_ChinookUnload

Command = EVACUATE
Options = OK_FOR_MULTI_SELECT
TextLabel = CONTROLBAR:Evacuate
ButtonImage = SSChinookUnload
ButtonBorderType = SYSTEM ; Identifier for the User as to what kind of button this is
DescriptLabel = CONTROLBAR:ToolTipEvacuate
CursorName = Move
InvalidCursorName = GenericInvalid
End

What are the chances that we can modify the ability to "evacuate units"?

so that this ability is done by marking a place on the map that we choose.
Example:

I have a Blackhawk equipped with infantry units and I want that helicopter to evacuate my soldiers automatically elsewhere in the map.

I have a couple of more questions:

1) It is possible to create a new Command Button
to throw in parachute the soldiers that we have in the airplanes?

2) Why can not I evacuate on water? if I charge soldiers SEALS in an Osprey ...
Why can not I evacuate them directly in the water?

1. I assume you mean, is it possible to make a button to manually eject pilots out of vehicles. It is possible, though the steps on how you do it will depend on exactly how you want the button to work. Does the button kill the vehicle, or just leave it unmanned? Should it work even if the vehicle has no veterancy? etc.

2. Game reason: Because that's just how it's coded to work.
RL Reason: Opening the door while on water will flood the transport and cause it to sink, so it's generally a bad idea.

No man, I explain:

1) Is it possible to evacuate units in an area determined by the player?
This for all transport vehicles.

example: I have several Ospreys equipped with Rangers and I want these aircraft to evacuate my units when I arrive at the place where I send them.
Just like the GDI or NOD troop transports in Tiberium Wars.

2) Is it possible to create a new Command Button to parachute the soldiers who are inside an air transport vehicle?

Same example with the Ospreys equipped with Rangers: I want the aircraft to evacuate these soldiers in parachutes.

1. I don't know, that's why I didn't answer your first question, and answered the others instead. You can try adding a NEEDS_TARGET_LOCATION in the button's option field, similar to how the rocket pod attack button is coded, but I don't know if it will work.

2. No.
