I love the vanilla factions in the game, I generally never use generals. (no pun intended)
Since I read on the project summary that the final version is going to scrap the vanilla faction sets for only generals, this makes me a bit sad. I liked the idea of adding more factions and units to the game, but the generals usually limit the options that you can build with, which is why I avoid them. Would it be possible to release a version which adds all the 5 factions first, and then add on the generals in the final updates for the mod so those who want vanilla factions would be satisfied? Just a suggestion, but it would be really cool if you guys could release a version like this. Thanks again, and great work by the way. I would feel different if they jumped from 1.5 to 2.0(I also like vanilla ones).

I would also like to add here that our generals will not be comparable to those from Zerohour and the benefits and downsides from a certain general will be more subtle than in Zerohour or ShockWave.

So they would be completely different I'm guessing.
