Dushka Glitch, Problem with technicals, scrap and dushka

i dont know time codes but in the beggining of the game on my buttom left supply player Ace send 4 techicals(they was empty).

I already have on this supply dushka, so he diceded to go across workers under fire of dushka. One tech was fair destroyed by dushka, but then happened something strange and dushka killed at the same time 2 FULL HP teches in 2 or 1 shoots. I think it maybe somehow caused by scrap.
