Dont worry about it....For a Guerrilla warfare faction, GLA have an Air force, Long range Artillery and rocket buggies, strong SAM defenses, Armour and infantry equal in strength to that of any other faction, and soon to be a space programme! So they may as well have a strong Navy too!
