Hey guys. I am looking for a new video card.

My current one is the Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS. Now, this is good for running games, but it can suffer at high graphics, especially with shaders on. I need a new video card that doesn't suffer. My current budget is around $250. And that card will needs to have PCI Express support.

So, any tips on what I should get?

My Processor is an Intel Core Duo E4500. The power is at 2.20 GHz, and 4 GB. I would get a Quad core, but I have a lot of older games on this computer, so Dual Cores and Single Cores are pretty much the only things that are supported.

My RAM is currently 3 GB. Strange, it used to be 4GB...

My Operating System is Windows XP. I don't plan on upgrading until Windows 8 comes out.
