I was wondering if there is any way to edit unit statistics for ROTR, such as range, health etc. Could anyone help me with this, please?

They are the Shockwave bigs (although they'll be named .gib as that's how they are unless the launcher is activated), but you can just open the .gib files like you would open the .big files.
