Cannot play as Leang in skirmish |

I cannot play as Leang in Skirmish, as the game crashes just after the dozer starts to build the coal power plant.
Can anyone help me? (it doesnt even work with game accelerator)

Do you have other mods installed? Maybe your folder is unclean.

Yes, but only ROTR 1.5, and it doesn´t cause me problems.
