Very in-depth. I already had most of this in my mind, but actually came up with some of the details answering your questions.

Well I would really like to read about it. Nothing that spoils the game of course, but maybe some background lore?

Atm, I have no plans for any games within this universe. Short stories and random designs that pop into my mind is what I created this universe for. I have a few others though. The Siege Tank I showed earlier belongs to this universe.

But you said those ships were for a game. Different universe? But anyway, is there anywhere I can read about it?

Oh, sorry, miss-understood you. The ships are for a game, there is no real story for it yet. It is a very different universe than the hauler and drop ship though.

No, the ships aren't for Rogue Republic, they're for a different game.
I think I can consider this one done now: This post has been edited by Sargeant Rho: 5 Nov 2014, 21:15 -------------------- |

^ I'm with ComradeCrimson, but now the quantity, more like the quality of the details that you put on these.

Haven't actually come up with a description for it yet, only role and weaponry.
It's an air defense-cruiser, armed with 2 88 mm auto-cannon turrets that can be upgraded to Rail guns, 4 SeaPATRIOT launchers, a Vertical Launch System, and 6 SeaRAM stations. It also has a helipad that can rearm and refuel naval helicopters. It's also loaded with electronic warfare systems, allowing it to mess with the enemy radar, primarily producing phantom images on the enemy radar, and it can relay targeting information to other ships, kind of like the Sniper in CnC3 can relay targeting information to Juggernaughts. Here's another variant of the cargo hauler: A gas harvester. Basically, it's used to harvest Helium 3 from ice giants (gas giants about the size of Neptune or Uranus)
The added ram intake on top collects the ambient air the craft is flying through, which is then transported down into a miniaturized gas refinery, that separates out the Helium 3 from everything else and stores it in liquid form. Hydrogen is pumped into another section of the refining equipment, where Deuterium is extracted and stored the same way the Helium 3 is, and if the fuel tanks aren't full, some Hydrogen is also stored. Everything else is discarded. This post has been edited by Sargeant Rho: 7 Nov 2014, 6:39 -------------------- |

Now that you mention it, yeah, there's quite the resemblance to the X-51 xD

More game stuff. This time it's a submarine hunter-killer plane, an upgraded Cessna A-37 Dragonfly. While it's a Vietnam war era plane, I really like the looks of it.

And a twin-engine JSF, because why not?
But wait, there's more! In Germany we have a saying: All good things are three. This is just an updated older model though. This post has been edited by Sargeant Rho: 13 Nov 2014, 0:15 -------------------- |

Really great models, looking forward to seeing them textured. I also like how the third plane reminds me of the old F-14 Tomcat with its variable geometry.

The third plane is in fact based on a stealth F-14 proposal, the F-14 itself, the F/A-18 Super Hornet, and the F-22. And yeah, the Chinese F-35 ripoff inspired it. -------------------- |

I think Chinese would go to the end in ripping it off if they were able to replicate engine, but they are still unable to make functional jet engine, hence this flying contraption uses Russian ones.

Indeed, and with that model, the airforce of said faction is completely modeled.

Looks pretty neat. I also like that it appears to be missile/rocket armed, which would be one of the more sensible choices of weaponry for a 'realistic' take on a hover tank.
