Due to the range of the Minigun Team in some cases it is not possible to see the unit attacking in the fog of war of the map (line of sight of some structures and units inferior to the range of the Minigun Team), which characterizes an inconsistency. The likely solution should be the unit be revealed when attacking.

not just MG teams cause this, any hitscan weapon that isn't an arty will not show visible tracers if it fires from outside your view range.

No about tracers, no sight of the attacking unit in the screen (fires from the fog; you need to reveal the area to find the MG Team). I do not remember similar situations in vgen. Yes it's been there since VZH, and it affects all long range hitscan weapons. The most common example of this is when Quads, or Gattling Tanks shoot at your choppers from their maximum range, in your view it will simply look like they are dying for no reason. Avengers will at least leave a bright lenz flare on the target. This post has been edited by Zeke: 28 Feb 2017, 3:54 -------------------- |
