This is a fan patch I've made for ShW 1.201 to balance things up a little bit and also includes many visual improvements and fixes.

As with my previous one, I made this patch completely by myself, starting from a simple mean to tweak the game to a more advanced tweaks which includes various changes, notably in unit aesthetics and gameplay balancing.

Changelog (note that some changes may not be listed here because this fan patch is developed sporadically)
CODE
General
- Improved tooltip to give better description
- Fixed some capitalizations
- Fixed some shortcut conflicts
- Some voiceset changes and adjustments
- Music tracklist reverted to normal Generals/Zero Hour one but the duration is out of sync with the script due to difficulties in editing them
- Under attack alert reverted to normal Generals/Zero Hour one
- Added four new multiplayer colors: Teal, Olive, Tan and Magenta
- Level 4 promotion gives 2 GP points instead of 1
- Reduced basic infantry cost by approximately 50% to conform with RotR standards
- Reduced missile infantry cost by $50 to conform with RotR standards
- All Supply Centers cost $1500 to conform with RotR standards
- Added selection sounds for Tech Buildings
- Added activation and deployment sounds for General's Powers, some are taken from RotR
- Tech Oil Derricks provide $50 every 3 seconds rather than $200 every 12 seconds
- Most Attack Ground command now continuously attack the target until given a new order

USA
- Ranger capture building upgrade voice removed
- Pathfinder's snow model missing texture fixed
- Marine uses a new voiceset taken from RotR's Vanguard
- Little Bird uses a new voiceset taken from the RotR one
- Spy Drone uses a new voiceset taken from RotR's Predator Drone
- Particle Cannon and its variants' damage rate adjusted to that of RotR's

Airforce General
- Pavelow Collector renamed to simply Pave Low
- Airborne Ranger's firing transition animations changed
- Sheridan uses a new voiceset taken from RotR's Acolyte Tank

Laser General
- Cold Fusion Reactor renamed to Advanced Cold Fusion Reactor
- Avenger renamed to Laser Avenger
- Railgun Artillery uses a new voiceset taken from CnC4's Thunderhead
- F/B-22 Bomber uses a new voiceset taken from CnC3's Firehawk with some changes
- Laser Uplink Cannon lasts for 15 seconds but deals 25% less damage instead of lasting slightly longer and dealing more damage

Superweapon General
- Avenger renamed to Plasma Avenger
- Lockdown MLRS uses a new voiceset taken from CnC4's Sandstorm MLRS
- Advanced Particle Uplink Cannon deals 25% more damage instead of lasting slightly longer and dealing more damage
- Popup Turret drops 2/3/4 turrets instead of 1/2/4

Armor General
- Burton no longer reveal himself when attacking with the knife
- Wraith uses a new voiceset formerly used by Sheridan and Enforcer Tank (in 1.00)
- Gladiator uses a new voiceset taken from CnC3's Slingshot
- Vulcan Tank veteran/elite/heroic rate of fire stays the same with the regular but damage increased instead, and uses a new voiceset taken from CnC4's Wolf
- Starlifter uses a new voiceset taken from the RotR one
- F16XL Bomber uses a new voiceset taken from CnC3's Vertigo Bomber with some changes
- Armor Drop paradrops 3/6/9 Rangers instead of 2/4/6
- Added global alarm when Cruise Missile is launched taken from RotR's Topol

China
- Nuclear Reactor have a destruction effect when it is destroyed while under construction
- Scout Car uses a new voiceset taken from RotR's Hopper Tank
- Siege Soldier requires a War Factory to be trained
- Frenzy provides a 40% damage bonus like in RotR and lasts for 30/60/90 seconds
- Black Lotus no longer have Building Hack

Infantry General
- Infantry squads uses a new voiceset taken from RotR's Volunteer Squad
- Black Lotus renamed to Super Lotus and have a reworked Building Hack ability that works similarly to her Vehicle Hack
- Hacker renamed to Super Hacker
- Hacker Vans comes with three Super Hackers but costs $2500
- Level 3 Infantry Drop now paradrops 9 Mini-Gunners instead of 10

Tank General
- Razor Bomber have a new guard voiceset taken from RotR's Hellfire MiG
- ECM Tank renamed to Advanced ECM Tank and can no longer disable buildings
- Tank Drop now paradrops 2/3/4 Battlemasters instead of 1/2/4

Nuke General
- R.A.D. Tank renamed to Desolator Tank because one of its quotes
- Nuclear Hackers have the Building Hack ability again but costs $700
- Hacker Vans costs $1800 to compensate the Nuclear Hacker's increased cost

Special Weapons General
- Missing destruction visual effect on Coal Power Plants added
- Pyro uses a new voiceset taken from the RotR one
- Buratino uses a new voiceset taken from the RotR one
- Hammer Cannon uses a new voiceset taken from RA3's Wave-Force Cannon
- Black Shark uses a new voiceset taken from RotR's Han Gunship
- Added global alarm when Earth Shaker is fired taken from RotR's Tremor AGAS

GLA
- RPG Trooper renamed to Tunnel Defender
- Balloon uses a new voiceset taken from RotR's Gazelle (shared with Hip)
- Cash Bounty gives 10%/20%/30% of the enemy's value like in RotR
- Level 1 and 2 Ambush now spawns 2/3 Tunnel Defenders instead of 1/2
- Stinger Soldier on Stinger Site (and Hornet Nest) uses wounded and death voices taken from the RotR one
- Recoilless Rifleman uses the Stinger Soldier's death voice

Toxin General
- Jarmen Kell renamed to Toxin Jarmen Kell

Demolition General
- Jarmen Kell renamed to Demolition Jarmen Kell
- Roach uses a new voiceset taken from RA3's Sickle
- Topol Launcher uses a new voiceset taken from RA2's V3 Launcher
- Fanatic Ambush now spawn 3/6/9 Fanatics instead of 2/4/6

Stealth General
- Machine Gun Nest uses a new selection voice taken from RotR's Dushka Nest
- Assassin uses a new voiceset taken from RA3 Shinobi with some changes
- Fundamentalists use a new voiceset taken from RotR's Partisan
- Mobile Supply Stash uses a new voiceset taken from the cut GLA POW Truck in Generals/Zero Hour

Salvage General
- Missing destruction visual effect on most buildings added
- Hip uses a new voiceset taken from RotR's Gazelle (shared with Balloon)
- Katyusha uses a new voiceset taken from RotR's BM-21 Grad and unused Ural Truck ones
- Gadfly uses a new voiceset taken from RotR's Stinger Soldier
- Soyuz Missile's launch alert now is a global alert like all superweapons

Are you still taking suggestions, if so i will be happy to suggest that making the scout car able to be garrisoned by 2 or 3 infantry units that can use the side windows (fireports) to shoot out of. I do not see people using the scout car much, and this could increase the usefulness of the scout car by a ton. (It would be like the troop crawler for the infantry general, but it would be cheaper, have less heath, and be able to hold less infantry inside of it. It would also be available to all Chinese generals.)

Oh, and also moving the flame turret that is currently only built by base china to china special weapons general, as it makes more sense having a flame weapon with a flame general.

Thanks a lot for the update. i play this game with my friends very often until this day. are you still working on other updates for this game? how is it going with the concept of an advanced artificial intelligence addon for this mod? if you are working on it make sure to keep us up to date so we know it's not a died out mythe wink.gif again thank you very very much for this update, we all appreciate your effort!

I think that might be a bit op early game.

The intention of the vehicle is to scout and nothing else. Giving it that ability is kind of over the top.
