This is, so far, the first footage of combat use of TOS-1 Buratino (or TOS-1A Solncepyok (Sunblaze) in barrage mode I've seen on youtube. Not the full barrage, but still damn impressive.

with a grad inbetween.

P.S. Was confirmed that it's TOS-1A.

Ouch for whoever's on the receiving end.
Anyway, URA!!! biggrin.gif

I wonder what's the first barrage was.

The smoke is different, explosions don't look like usual TOS-1 fireballs. Some claimed it could be while phosphorus, or some other kind of different munitions.

It does not seem thermobaric munitions, but white phosphorus, however I'm not sure about that.

NOTE: The Russia is allegedly using and providing weapons based on white phosphorus in the Middle East.

Now if you want a taste of what the Russian armaments can do in terms of area saturation see this video and see the hell (Syrian army against rebel groups): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXpiB-Xcc-s&spfreload=10

The first ones were definitely White Phosphorus. But damn, the TOS-1 Burrito (as I call it tongue.gif) is scary as shit.

Saw it. People are still arguing whether these were cluster munitions from Smerch (or Uragan), or a massive Grad barrage.
But it definitely weren't Grads that were shown in the beginning of the video, looked like Smerch or Uragan firing sequence.

It's a chance to be Smerchs, possibly with cluster munitions, since the Syria has it and already used them before.

That's impressive. Looks like a real hell for those who was on the receiving end.

This must have been the feeling of the rebels watching the spectacle on the horizon; is possible to feel the fear and anguish of them.
