Whenever a USA Barracks is destroyed, the foundation doesn't appear when trying to rebuild it in the same location making it impossible to rebuild it in the same spot.

You do know that the term "barracks" applies for nearly If not all of them right?

the usa barracks does this a lot, was a bug in 1.85 as well
