A small addon: HE Bomb Upgrade for the Nighthawk Options

This is a very small addon for version 1.86 which I created in my free time.

This addon adds a High Explosive Bomb upgrade to the Nighthawk which turns the Nighthawk into a front line bomber. The High Explosive Bomb has a large blast but it does less damage to buildings compare to the Nighthawk's normal weapon. The High Explosive Bomb is upgraded individually for each plane similar to the missile and bomb upgrade for the GLA Interceptor and it costs 500 credits (may be adjusted base on suggestions).

Please note that this addon is made based on the skirmish experience (especially the annoying Jarmen Kell Stinger ability used by the brutal AI). It may be considered as overpowered in the multiplayer. Also, this is my first time modding the game and I have no experience in balancing the game. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

PS: I am planning to bring this addon into 1.87 PB due to the insane difficulty of the AI and make new weapons to counter the Nighthawk (such as IRST for fighters).
