I was playing the demo general when suddenly, while I was loading my battle buses with grenadiers, some giant swarm got me. I was playing on easy! I fought hard but his SCUDS got my army. ANY HELP OUT THERE?

I played against Demo with Thrax on "Hard" for the first time ever, and won by making 5 SCUD storms and using sneak attacks. My defenses were more than enough for his forces, IMO it is fair to say he's very much beatable on "Hard".
The scud storms were necessary because I figured his stinger sites would just shoot down scourge missiles. Just kill his SCUD Storm with 2 of your own, then sneak attack and destroy him from the inside out. Don't bother trying to make your way through the front (though it's possible to win like that, it'll take x2 as long). Survive early on by garrisoning 2 RPGs at the top left bunker, put a toxrebel in the MG bunker, and get a 3chev fully scrapped technical to deal with enemies. At the bottom, just make 2 tunnels and forget about it. Then get a few scorps, at the same time tech and make black markets and a few more defenses. I didn't start building my first SCUDSTORM until he already hit me with his, which actually didn't do much because there were no toxins to delay me from rebuilding lol. He hit me twice or 3 times (forgot) before I killed his SW. Spam black markets for money, then win. Take 1 level of rebel ambush and use it when necessary against his artillery units, often he'll try to go under the cliff with TOPOLs, which is a perfect place for the rebel ambush, since there are buildings to garrison too I spent my points on 3Cash Bounty, Anthrax Bomb, Sneak Attack, 1Rebel Ambush, Scrap Drop. The demo traps helped me at some points lol, 1 tech was able to kill 2-3 tanks just by setting off a demo trap which set off 2 others IDK about the lower difficulties, but "Hard" is perfect IMO, perhaps the lower difficulties could have their difficulties lowered.
