As with the other GLA vehicles, the Observation Van has been given a neat visual update as well.

the SCUD Storm missiles have been as of a recent internal update also been tweaked to look more interesting.

The GLA Interceptor has been given a complete visual overhaul as well. Formerly based on a fictitious concept, it is now modelled after the Su-17 'Fitter' which was exported to Soviet client states in Africa and the Middle East. The new Interceptor will also be functionally different in that its default armament now consists of two externally mounted 30mm autocannons and UB-32 rocket pods. The rocket pods can be replaced with guided missiles for precision strikes or free-fall bombs for high-explosive area damage.

New radar van and Scud storm look far too better than old ones,but I am kind a surprised with new GLA plane,I liked old idea of scrapyard jet,and although giving Soviet jet to GLA is getting kind a generic in ZH mods,I'll try to live with this one,I mean I'll put in my skull that GLA is paying mercs to pilot for them.
Few question will GLA jets still be in air as much as they want without reloading on airfield,and will they still have build limit ?

You weren't the first and most certainly not the last.
But in the end of the day you can't please everyone.

Reason for changing this around was i personaly was never satisfied with the interceptor model so instead of just making a new interceptor model i opted for doing something entirely new. (also now it has foldable wings which looks quite cool ingame)

About the Observation Van, it will be no longer have a radar scan ability. Instead, the Mobile Command Center will be have a radar scan after Escalation upgrade.

For the record, the Scud missiles are actually so brand new that even I wasn't expecting them yet. They look brilliant, mate.

Good. This meant that the Interceptor is now heavily buffed. The old RPG upgrade was so damn useless that I never bother using.

With both rocket and autocannon, this thing might even rival the Harrier.

That RPG upgrade did insane damage though.

It wasn't, and most of the time it got zapped by PDL and Arena and swayed away with ECM. And you lost the ability to attack air units, which is very stupid.

As far as GLA plane aesthetics go, Desert Fly goes unmatched.

Actually I would say every new design matches my taste/idea of GLA air force less than the previous, but that is not a trend by any means. After all, it's just subjective, and yeah, you can't please everyone.

Seems fair enough. I assumed the GLA decided their pure-homebrew Interceptor design was not good enough (the mass crash has something to do), hence, the need to adopt a new body for their Interceptors.

Also, those SCUD missiles do look pretty good, without wafting away from the actual SCUD.

The Desert Fly does look good. It can rival the Su-17s.
