Hi there,

I have noticed in both ROTR and Shockwave that on the Twilight Flame map, the AI enemy tend go get stuck on the ledges. The ledges are located on the far left and the far right of the map running like a canyon separating the raised base area platforms. From 30 minutes of play a large number of vehicles get caught at these locations ( all appear to be vibrating ) and it slows the game down to a crawl when playing against more than 6 AI enemies. The game only regains normal speed when I drop a super weapon on each area and destroy these units.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Its a know issue which happens in vZH aswell, dont know if the team is going to fix it though.

By the way the vGens version works fine, probably because its smaller and different AI pathfinding.

Some maps have bugged waypointing and will grind the game to snail-speed when played against the AI. Twilight Flame and one of the ZH 4-player maps are example of that. It doesn't matter how good your pc is either...

The twilight flame ''lag map'' blame emanates from this, as the pathing is quite poor when the AI first has to go backwards in order to advance to the enemy base, just a ravine away.

In pure PvP mulitplayer matches, TF does not lag.

Thanks Zhen.Dutchygamer and shock

I really enjoy that map but usually give after one game LOL it does get frustrating. Is it just me or does the game randomly crash? I have a feeling I overheat my PC when I play for hours.
