This is a fictional scenario on what if ROTR's 2045 Russian Federation mysteriously replaced the current world's Russia and then declared war on modern day Europe and USA at once then China later on.What side or faction would emerge victorious?

*2nd Scenario-SWs allowed
*Before each war on each scenario all modern factions will have 2 years of prep. time but will have no knowledge of Russia's assets aside from the knowledge that they come from 2048 and intelligence gathered by intel.
What would be the likely outcome?

No superpower
No matter how strong can fight Europe, USA and then china ontop, Plus china is the worldpower in ROTR
For the sake of a laugh I could say that ZH USA could have a good fight with china as they were topdog and China was a rising power but thats it
