I don't know where to see faction details so I'm firing blindly here. The ideas are meant to be taken apart or given to any faction that they fit.

SAM Site

Description: A specialized anti-air defense, the SAM Site can launch two missiles at extremely long (like halfway across Tournament Continent) range against support planes. They detect support planes (General's Promotions) through the fog of war and fire at them. They cannot fire at helicopters or jets. SAM Sites reveal the fog of war and detect stealth units in a very large area around them.

Magnetic Delivery System

Description: A defensive massive railgun fixed to a small base of operations, the MDS fires special very large shells at hypersonic speeds. Once close to the target area, these special shells split up into 4 individual Cruise Missiles, all of which are considerably slower while being equipped with very potent high explosive warheads. The MDS must be manually ordered to fire, has a limited range and can only use its ability against targets straight ahead as it cannot be turned around. Has a long cooldown. The MDS also has a secondary ability which allows it to, at a price, fire a shell that contains a Missile Drone which comes out of the shell once it is over the target area and begins engaging targets with multiple unguided rockets that can be reloaded mid-air.

Warlord Tank

Description: A crude but effective beast, the Warlord is equipped with a single howitzer that fires HE shells that have a massive AoE and damage against anything except tanks. The Warlord is also equipped with a fixed autocannon, which fires at a moderate fire rate while dealing decent damage to anything on the ground.

First of all - you can find details on our mod web page - the link is on the forums in front of the name of the mod - where the facebook and moddb links are as well. There's a reason we have a web page so we dont clutter the forums with the same info we have in a much better format. So for further suggestions read the info on the web page.

That being said

- SAM site won't be needed - the tier 3 AA each faction gets along with way better defenses than the ZH ones, can drop special power planes fast if placed well. A SAM site might make it in as a tech structure though if we get to adding those.

- Magnetic Delivery system - the lack of turret means it will be useless in most situations. That along with the fact that what you suggested there would be infernal to code and would offer alot of intricate and in some way useless things all for the sake of some visual stuff only means that stuff like this will never make it in. We are all for cool stuff as long as it makes a small amount of sense. Launching a railgun projectile just to have it split before impact makes literally no sense.

- The warlord sort of reminds me of our Emperor Overlord in CCU. We have plans for all factions to add different styles of heavy tanks, but this one just doesn't fit any of them.

You don't have to make it fixed then, I just wanted to make sure you needed one on every front instead of using a central one that covers more. Also, it wouldn't really be impractical, it's meant to fly at hypersonic speeds before releasing the slower cruise missiles you know, sort of like MIRV warheads.

Like i said - extreme amount of code, will have quite a few bugs, and having extreme speed projectiles that split into multiple ones won't work, because of both engine and code limitations.

The AICC can produce a variety of drones, which are produced automatically at no cost and cannot be controlled by the parent player. The AICC is commanded by the AI but the owner of the structure can give basic orders such as Attacking and Guarding and can pick between three general plans that slightly change which units the AI will be building more often and which tactics it will be employing. The AICC also doubles as the faction's superweapon, dropping a massive AI controlled drone force at the target location using high altitude aircraft every 5 minutes.

The whole strategy part is not coddable - sage is limited to just the 3 strategies the usa strat center has and only their effects. The whole center idea is somewhat interesting but if ever implemented it will be a tech structure and with a somewhat different function. All 4 factions have their superweapons already covered.

Well I meant actual strategies, a change of AI and not boosts. But it's what it is, and I'd still very much enjoy seeing that as a Tech Structure. (I know you made no promises)
