There is a problem with both the exo suit and combat cycle/buggy. It should be that any infantry on the players team can enter it. The NProject mod did it.
Here what the exo suit things would be (Note: I am only showing the changed ones): Laser general: Ranger: Laser gun, with flashbang upgrade laser minigun and flashbang launcher Missile defender: 2 missle turrets with laser designator Colenal burton: 2 laser guns, with special equipment laser minigun with grenade launcher. Airforce general: Airborne ranger: Mini-gun with he grenade launcher. Airborne missile defender: 2 Heavy missile turrets. Colonel burton: 2 mini-guns, with special equipment added 1 top mounted beacon launcher. Super weapon general: Missile defender: 2 emp missile launchers. Bio hazard tech: DEtox launcher. Armor general: Ranger: 2 mini-guns Javelin soldier: 2 javelin launchers Blue arrow defenders: 2 rocket launchers pointed up. Colonel burton: 2 anti material guns. Now for china Vanilla: red guard: 2 bolt rifle launchers. affected by horde bonus (from now on a *) tank hunter*: 2 rocket launchers hacker: cannot come in Black lotus: cannot come in Siege soldier*: 2 mortars Nuke general: Red guard*: 1 AP mini-gun and 1 nuke grenade launcher with upgrade Infantry general Mini gunner: gatling guns Special weapons: MG red guard: machine gun Grenadier: grenade launcher. Pyro: flame thrower GLA now Vanilla Rebel: AK-47 RPG Trooper: Rocket propelled grenade launcher Terrorist: suicide suit Jarmen Kell: sniper, can use OICW abbilities. Toxic Rebel: toxic sprayer and can launch nerve gas grenadier: Grenade launcher Demolition: RPG added demo rocket grenade launcher Stealth: Rebel: added molotov cock tail thrower Fundamentalist: Shotgun dude: shotgun. We're not taking suggestions. Also, I'm pretty sure the team would have already implemented all these combat bike/exo-suit variants if it were possible to a satisfactory degree.
