What advantages does the anti-tank gun have over the Chameleon?

It has a better alpha strike capability for a lower price, and it can be produced from the barracks. Otherwise absolutely none.

AT Gun - for tanks
Chameleon - for armor, not buildings or anything similar
The Chameleon is also fragile so it shouldn't take too much shots to kill it.
