Hi,
A quick question about the awsome music in this also awsome mod. What songs have you used? I found out some are from the 'Freedom Fighters' game but was wondering what the others are? The Sjellmap theme is one i really want. Or if you could have the music dowloadable as Mp3s (if not illegal Ie copyrighted ectc) that would be great. Thanks guys and keep up the great work O=MM=C |

The shellmap one is a very popular Russian song called the Hym of the Republic or something, it was mainly used in morale for Stalingrad and such, I don't know someone correct me.

It's Polyushko Polye, also a classic Russian song. You can find that song at SovMusic.

Quite a lot of the in game music is from a game called Freedom Fighters, made by Jesped Kyd. You should know this one for example.

Hey thanks so far.
Thanks for the links D'WRTHBRNGR, but its not the version i was hoping for. Any idea what one is the RotR one? Also anyone know where i find the Earth 2150 and its expanion soundtracks are? There is a few RotR themes from it. I've got hold of the Freedom Fighters soundtrack and found all the RotR themes. Any one know more? Also what sort of themes will the ECA have? And will the other factions get any new music? Thanks again! O=MM=C |

You could try looking over at Galbadia Hotel though I don't know if that database is still online (it wasn't working last time I tried iirc). Khinsider may also be worth a look but I hear that one isn't very reliable.

You can use the Bink/Smacker program to pull the Generals and ZH music out of their respective .big files. You may be able to do that with ROTR's .big files, don't know though, cause I haven't tried.
*EDIT* My memory may be incorrect. It's been awhile since I've used Bink/Smacker (it hasn't been installed in a few years), and I can't remember whether I used it to extract music from Generals and Zero Hour or if I used it to extract music from Battlefield 1942, Battlefield Vietnam, and their respective mods. FinalBIG is the correct program to extract files (in this case, music tracks) from ZH's .big archives. RAD Video Tools (Bink & Smacker) is for IIRC, for .bik (and others) music and video files. -------------------- "Not in mood...go away..." Thanks DWRTHBRNGR you are correct, the .bik sounds familiar and that is the file type used in Battlfield 1942 and Vietnam, like I mentioned, I couldn't remember whether I used Bink/Smacker for Battlefield or C&C: G. |

Hello there, I'm new here and I have few suggestions about playlist/voices:
You already use some Red Alert voices in Russian faction (and Chinese particulary) Suggestion No.1: ECA Winning theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UC13TAW2M4A I think this song's great, is short, and well fits to European faction Suggestion No.2: General Wolfgang's Jagdmammut, maybe GDI Mammoth Tank voice from german version of Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars? Jagdmammut have German crew, he's heavy tank, and he's also Mammoth I think it's would fit well. Do you have any ideas about rest of European playlist? PS.: Sorry for my creepy English. -------------------- |

With all due respect, have you read the rules mate? It clearly says: no suggestions.

And now your balls shall be cut of with a teaspoon Sorry for joining in, but I have this as I've remembered seeing in the FAQ Page of SW's website: QUOTE (Excerpt from ShockWave FAQs) You have 10 seconds to leave before the hounds get to you.

Put the TROLOLOLOL song in Rise of the Reds. It would be hilarious.
