ROTR Screenshots thread, The Second Coming
How to Take/Post a Screenshot from the game 1) Open ROTR. Play a game. Press F9 to remove the command bar for clearer pictures. 2) Press F12 to take the screenshot. 2) Go to my Documents and locate the Command And Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data folder. All screenshots are uploaded here. 3) Go to Tinypic/Imgur or any Image Uploading site through Google. 4) In Tinypic/Imgur/Image Uploading Site, Upload the screenshot you want to showcase. 5) After Uploading, Tinypic/Imgur/Image Uploader gives a forum BB code image hosting URL. 6) Copy the URL and paste it in your post. The Screenshots will appear automatically on your post. 7) If you can, please Resize your image to smaller dimensions to prevent stretching of the thread. You may give a link to the full size image below the resized screenshot. Hints/Tips for taking Screenshots 1) When you take screenshots, make sure to deselect all your units, so that the Unit Health Bars do not appear and mess up the screenshot. 2) Always Press F9 before taking a screenshot ! This removes the Unit/Map/Navigation bar and you can take clear and concise pictures. 3) It's best to take multiple screenshots of the same scene so that you can compare and choose the best version.
