Are mole mines supposed to propel themselves towards buildings? Because they can.

Mole minelayers are designed as a building killer.
They are an anti-building artillery first, mine layer second. So yes, they are supposed too.

a man who play videogames, What are you waiting for me?

Yes they can.

They can destroy buildings as well likely an artillery unit, and can put a minefield on the position where is it. Their mines can harass most ground units.

They are the ECA's "artillery" unit in a way, since Mortar Tracks require the Battle Network upgrade to really be effective, and Claymores need to be manually targeted on areas. (and in practice, seem to be used more on units than structures)
