For example,my Cobra fell down due to AA and of course pilot came out. But,when i tried it to put into another cobra,it can't. Same thing happened With the Comanches and all fixed wing aircraft. When i tried BlackHawk,i must unload the ranger to gain veterancy for Blackhawk. But for vehicles it works fine. only what i have one comment about Blacky is that his gun is a bit weaker than Airborne Humvee's gun,so a little power buff against infantry would be nice(But The heroic ones are really powerfull,almost like heroic Airborne Humvee).
And also a comment about Hard AI. I had enough trouble with old AI,but this one is madness. I mean c'mon. Tweak it down a bit. Shockwave has best hard AI. It's powerful ,but it gives a challenge. But this is monster.I tried all maps with good strategic advantage and in early,mid game i owning him especially USA and out off sudden, HE takes counteroffensive and all my good combined units and defense are falling down like domino. I played like it for five hours,and i got bored off the constant pat position. That's all from me... -------------------- |

On the AI, yeah, it's really more powerful than ever before, but since this is still in beta stages, I think it may not be final and may do some bit of nerfing and tweaking until perfected.

@Pilot prob: that has always been annoying. You have to send your pilot to the airfield and the heli as well, then you have to repair the heli so it goes down to the airfield, this way you can get the pilot it. For aircraft, it should actually not be a problem.
@Blackhawk: I think the minigun is fine against infantry, and the Blackhawk gains veterancy pretty fast IMO, so it should not be a problem. @AI: hell yes, the new AI is almost unbeatable. A small nerf would be better. One can only use the hard AI now as allies, not as enemies. |

As for blackhawk, it's a bit bad when flown over a group off Flack hunters and RG's . So it would be good that his gun got a bit of AoE so that he can spray on two instead of one infantry unit. Like a Vulcan tank from Shw gen Ironside. He sprays his bullets a bit. -------------------- |

I'm not sure how to respond to this since I do not know all the coding factors going into this but I have a feeling it may be a generic SAGE engine problem that can't be fixed. Don't hold me to that though.

When I first played against the Russian AI on Hard, I didn't expect my entire line of defenses to be crushed that quickly and the

Pilots can't enter Comanches in ROTR because it was not intended to be so.
AI ain't that hard, just practice I think it's too hard, honestly. Thez and I can beat two Ironside's in ShockWave, and those are HARD armies. The ROTR AI is very probably unbeatable in a 2 vs 2 10k game on Fallen Empire. -------------------- |

I think it's too hard, honestly. Thez and I can beat two Ironside's in ShockWave, and those are HARD armies. The ROTR AI is very probably unbeatable in a 2 vs 2 10k game on Fallen Empire. From what I see, the AI prioritizes killing Tomahawks and Chaps over everything else. Putting a couple of them at the back of your base will guarantee they'll all flock to it like pigeons to seeds on the ground...well...probably. -------------------- |

maybe it was just the map i played but the china usa and russia hard ai were pathetic(again probably the map) i versed all of them(not at the same time 1v1 map, you know ) with all the factions( e.g. russia mirror, russia veresus china, russia versus USA, etc. etc.)

Russia Hard AI: owns you with massed Sentinels and Choppers.
China Hard AI: owns you with massed -put unit name in here- USA Hard AI: owns you with massed airforce and loads of troops. I cannot remember that those tactics are intentional on the faction design (except for China). So yeah, remove that idiotic money multiplicator. |

Nah, it has nothing to do with toning down the AI, the AI really is fine, could even work a bit more tactical than it already does, really just remove the script which gives the AI 10000$+ whenever it is under 10000$ just like everyone else has to come clear with. It really annoys me when I play vs hard AI and I know it is only strong because it can mass stuff like there is no tomorrow. It is really good that the AI e.g. uses USA micro tactics like the new Crusader Hover mode and stuff.

Hmm I don't recall a "bottomless refill" script, just the same ones that gave periodic money like the old AIs. (which the AI really needs BTW)
I intended the massing with China, but the Russian and USA AIs are not done by me, I just tweaked them here and there. Either way, I guess I'll just decrease that bonus money a bit. |

Well that sounds ok. Seeing how the AI gets 10000$ at the beginning each time it runs low is a bit annoying. 5000$ and not that often would be fairer.

@ all who say AI is too hard: I play 1 on 1, or 2 vs 2 (with an AI allied), and I can still win. Yes, I lose a game sometime, but most of the times I win. You just need to practice, like with every new game/mod...

THE extra money thing is required to make it harder , otherwise it will be to easy , the AI is so mindless it simply runs tanks into defenses like it doesnt matter, it needs those extra monies
