Ok, I'm not sure exactly what the problem is but check the ZH directory?
You should have a bunch of files for the mod in there.

i see all of the mod files where in my C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer™ Generals Zero Hour ie. Rotr_Beta_Quick... but they are in Windows Batch File (.bat) mode and as i said when i go and run them them i get this (see picture attc) it is like the install didn't install the files.

ROTR mod does not interfere with normal playing Zero Hour because all the files capable of influencing the original game have been renamed to a useless extension so that they cannot take effect. If those files are not extended properly you may get these errors.

Looking at your folder, the files that I can see, seem to have the proper extension (for example, the .gib and .pmb) but some of your files may not have and the batch launcher may thus be unable to find them. I suggest you use the ROTR repair function, it should fix problems like this.
