Problem with exporting in GMAX

Hello all
Want to ask a little thing about GMAX
When I edited for example SNOW DAMAGED model in gmax and exported it in w3d, sometimes SNOW DAMAGED textures just disappear from model and it begins to use regular textures (summer and non-damaged).
The same problem with night textures. Even if I import model, changed nothing and then exported it, night textures (e.g. shining windows) just disappear and are replaced by day textures

Sometimes it happens, sometimes all is ok (but first variant prevails).
Maybe somebody will give me some tips how I can avoid such bugs.

Uniqueness is Overrated

You can't just "import a model, change nothing, then export again". All the W3D settings disappear when you import a model, you have to manually fix them all again before exporting.
