weapons: 2 light torpedoes

Transports: 2 infantry

Note: to unload infantry, I suggest beaching it and turning it into some structure that does nothing after being beached (or a garrison, maybe?), thereby making it a throwaway vehicle.

GLA will use their PT Boats to transport infantry across the water. and don't worry, these boats are not just Technicals on water.
