2nd Superweapon for each faction, Red Alert 2 style

Now this is thread just for fun... And for subtle suggestions... And demanding ones...
Well it is just for fun from my side, I never thought about it how it would work in game.
If all factions would have second, tactical, superweapon to supplement current more destructive ones,
and you have to make it, what would you come up with ? (ones like Iron Curtain, Chronosphere etc.)
Would it be just copy-paste of ones from some other C&C titles, or you have some of your own on your mind.

I am aware that Generals never had them because with GP system they would be quite redundant,
but hell, let's just have some fun.

That aside, it's quite difficult to think of a new unique non-destructive SW within the engine limit. Things like disabling stuffs or reinforcements are also covered by GPs.

Magnetic field Generator for Russia.

Disables enemy vehicles and debuffs their health by 40 percent (Doesn't do any damage, it temporarily reduces maximum health)

Well i'll add to the idea for ECA even if it might sound stupid, how about a Nanobot recovery storm, whenever it's applied vehicles under your control that were destroyed are recovered by the end of the recovery field

You know, for that idea of a secondary super weapon, instead of giving the Russians 2 superweapons like all factions, why not make the Tremor function as both?

Give it the ability to switch from using regular shells to EMP/Tesla shells that will disable enemy vehicles and buildings.

Russia already have 3 SW. Topol, ICBM, Tremor. Oh and I forgot BB. You want 5th? Well I suggest to add teleport with ensemble of Russian folk music which will teleport them into enemys base and everyone will dance to their music without fighting. Russia will just come and capture all buidings.

Unit Cannon for ECA could be really grate!
actually some RedAlert mechanics are quite possible for ROTR, like Chrono sphere for USA(creating blob that units enter, then transfer "instantly" somewhere and disappear - it was already in Shockwave). Iron Curtain is almost like current Shtora(with attention to Almost).
probably the most "difficult" is GLA case as i really see not many ideas for such non-high-tech faction. probably only smt like sabotage-panic with units become uncontrollable and fire in each-other/everywhere or again from Shockwave a building to provide scrap.

That's a completly arbitrary definition of what constitutes Superweapons. The defining characteristics of Superweapons in ROTR, based on the rules of Generals is that they:
- Are a Tier 3 building...
- ...that is revealed to other players on the map,
- ...runs on a countdown that is visible to all players...
- ...and has a devastating attack that is super-effective agaisnt all types of targets in the affected area.

Topols are not superweapons, they are considered a special artillery unit with vastly extended range, but its attack, powerful as it may be, is nowhere near as universally destructive as a superweapon. The ICBM Silo likewise isn't a superweapon either, but merely a more armoured, longer-ranged but static counterpart to the Topol. the Black Bear... Is even less of a superweapon because it is simply a special, high-powered vehicle unit that'd be most comparable to the Manticore and the other ECA protocol units that are also not superweapons for the same reason.

Key difference being those powers can be shot down before they deliver or can be prematurely ended if we're about the specter gunship

For actual secondary superweapons for the rest of the factions, I could see stuff like this

Russia: Tremor switches to HE/EMP shells
ECA: Nanobot swarm that heals your units in an area
China: Mass hacker attack, shuts down anything in a specific radius
USA: Advanced targeting systems that makes affected units take more damage
GLA: Probably some kind of stealth/camo SW that makes all units stealthed for a specific amount of time
