How many war factories/airfields should I build? |

I have a bad habit of only building 1 War Factory/Airfield at a time and just rebuilding them as they get destroyed - any advice on how many (and what point in the game) I should build at minimum? Thanks.

I will generally build about 2-3 barracks, max of 2 WF and up to 3 airfields. Which is a tight fit on even the biggest map, so I usually branch out into mini bases
