The in-game issues depends on what map you are playing (including pathfinding issues), number of players, etc. @ the video, he's playing on a custom map with a pretty wide, open space.
@ the 6th rule issues: I've found this old thread (http://forums.swr-productions.com/index.php?showtopic=797) -- did the mods/admins reacted too much and referred to the rule simply because it had some involvement with warez?
