I don't expect it, but y'noooo a board where everything is written in English kinda prompts for English posts. I know it's not required, but I can't see myself going onto, say a Russian board and not making a small effort (ala google translate) for those who have a different alphabet

红色崛起的Mod卡顿原因不明，但是我猜测是我们加进去的更复杂聪明的AI有关。（但是这AI更冲击波的很相似，这是个升级罢了）

我们在慢慢做呢。SWR 1.0 版本只有、中、俄、美。三阵营。刚刚在1。70 版里加了GLA，1.72 补丁加一些兵种后就会开始做1.80 版。1.80 版会加欧盟阵营。然后呢，我们将会开始把每个阵营分割给各个阵营的十五个将军。等到了2.0 版本，红色崛起也将会有十五个阵营。

Allow me to break the truth to you, friend, that even though the internet is closely monitored, the government's grasps cannot extend to the 300 million net-surfers it hosts, therefore the best they could do is censoring politically sensitve keywords, no further than that. And, knowing us Chinese, "there's always a way in, heh heh heh....".

In a way, Chinese Internet is the most 'free' Internet around, as basically all software, games and movies are free and the government never bothers to block them or take it down.

In fact, the government doesn't bother to block most things. Only stuff like Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook are blocked, it's easy enough to get to regardless and it's not like China doesn't have their own versions of those sites anyhow. The government didn't even bother to block sites like 4chan or CNN.com.

I think you are forgetting that there exists the notorious Chinese State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television, which bannes media of any form they found incite ethnic discrimination or undermine social stability", this coupling with the fact that the country lacks of a rating system, the little they do let through will also be heavily censored.

The real reason that there exists so much "free" stuff is because piracy runs almost without avail in China, and the real reason why the government don't bother to block every sites is either because the people in charge are ignorant and uneducated who got in via their connections, or that it's not siginificant enough to catch their attention.

Translation: Bro you still there? As NergiZed explained, ROTR's AI is more advanced than ShW's AI, and with the more advanced programming/scripting as well as perhaps the SAGE engine's capability issue, it will lag. I think this may be due to SAGE itself, but I'm no coder, so I've no idea.
