Step one: salvage some USA scraps and build some GLA drone carriers.
Step two: build tunnel network around enemy base. Step three: go into one of these tunnels and exit through another, watch as drones fly over enemy base & hilarity ensues. Step four: ??? Step five: profit! |

That's been in the game since Generals, provided you stole USA vehicles or some GLA tunnels.
