1. 3 New generals
2. Sea unit

For starters narrative about Tre new generals:
GLA-Mobile General:
All buildings are trucks. But in the form of trucks, they can not produce infantry, equipment, etc.to produce them you need to deploy in the building if necessary, they can be turned back into a truck.
USA-General of the fleet:
Specializes in marine engineering. (While considering the possibility of building buildings on the water)
China-General of flame:
All troops are armed with fire etc

Now the aircraft GLA .
The entire aircraft is in the landing platforms as a Captured General.
Secretive General:
Helicopter (Bat or Hummingbird)
Can transpose on one technology or 4 infantry (not big. The Basilisk won't do)
Can be improve on machine guns ( until this he has no weapons. Machine guns hit the air and the ground. Damage is not great effective against infantry and helicopters)
Uniqueness is that in order to land passengers he does not need to land. He throws them off
parachute as they fly in the bottom they are invisible, but radar allows them to spot.

I don't think they'll add new Generals at this point as ZH supports up to 15 factions (including vanilla factions). Also, v1.3 is already in the beta phase. You should probably check it out on the community discord server to get it. You can also check NLS' addon mod of Shockwave (basically, a mod of the Shockwave mod) called "https://www.moddb.com/mods/cc-shockwave-chaos".

Subversive General
A suicide plane (almost like a truck bomb). Name Phoenix (I believe that this is the best name and the plane at Ling should be renamed). It is done at the landing station. The cost is $ 150 more than the truck bomb (you can offer a different cost). Features (I don't know about improvements as a truck bomb) if the death of the plane falls to the ground and explode ( my ideas in the cabin sits the same unit as the General's ambush ability from Gisiza) and prismerti plane it will jump from the plane and explode or jump with a parachute (that you about it think?))

Oh my god, can you stop suggesting. There will be no more additional Generals. SAGE (game engine for Generals) doesn't support more than 15 generals.

GLA aircraft
General Of Toxins
Aircraft as in the General ability "Virus attack".
But he can just throw toxins. Improvements of this type (virus weapon or whatever it is) and Anthrax Gamma.

An infantry General.
Speaker. Krasnogvordeets without weapons (or with pistol that you consider on this about) with backpack on which antenna. Which spreads propaganda. (Mobile propaganda tower). It is made in the barracks.
Price 800$-1110$ how do you think the price is better or even different.)

New mechanics.
1. Opportunity to share money. (preferably as in Warcraft)
2. The total network of tunnels the allies.
3. Give units or buildings to an ally.
4. More colors in the game. (Black, White)
5. When selecting a campaign, you can select a mission. If you've already passed it.
6. Add a campaign combined with part 1 and part 2. But with the Shockwave units.  Leave the mini-games because of item 5.
7. Add all generals to General fights ( Infantry, Captured weapons, Ironside)
8. Unikalny appearance of units (what would the Technicals have captured the General and ordinary GLA had different textures.
Well, so far this is all point 3 controversial.
I didn't forget about the unique characters later.
