Well I guess both yes and no
Originally its dragontank fireball turret and Shenlong Autocannon turret (see the gunshield and turret chassis)
I made them together and add a bit to make it an heavy incinerator turret, just like what Enclave used in FO3&FNV
However both of the material are from ROTR, so I don't really think it is totally a creation of mine
